These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of fasttrackautotransport.com and the vehicle transport services provided by Fast Track Auto Transport. By using our website or booking a shipment, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Fast Track Auto Transport arranges vehicle transportation through licensed, insured motor carriers (MC #469315, USDOT #2582652). Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide; final pricing is confirmed at booking. Pickup and delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, road conditions, and carrier scheduling.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate vehicle, route, and contact information when requesting a quote
- Prepare the vehicle for transport (remove toll tags, secure or remove loose items, leave no more than a quarter tank of fuel)
- Disclose any modifications, oversized dimensions, or inoperable condition in advance
- Ensure you or an authorized adult (18+) is present at pickup and delivery to sign the inspection report
Pickup & Delivery
Door-to-door service means pickup and delivery as close to your requested addresses as a large carrier can safely and legally access. Where access is restricted, the driver will coordinate a nearby safe meeting point with you.
Insurance & Claims
Vehicles are covered by the assigned carrier's cargo insurance during transport. Inspect your vehicle at delivery and note any damage on the delivery inspection report at that time for a claim to be processed. Personal items left in the vehicle are not covered by carrier cargo insurance.
Cancellations
You may cancel at no charge any time before a carrier is assigned to your shipment. After carrier assignment, cancellation fees may apply as disclosed at booking.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, or interfere with its operation. We may refuse or cancel service where information provided is inaccurate or unlawful activity is suspected.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fast Track Auto Transport's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected shipment. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of FL, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in FL unless applicable law requires otherwise.
